# AgentCloud terms

Last updated: August 25, 2026.

These terms describe the basic conditions for using the AgentCloud website, account control panel, remote MCP endpoint, managed iOS builds, hosted Simulator sessions, retained evidence, and related support. By creating an account or using the service, a user represents that they can agree to these terms for themselves or the organization whose workspace they join.

## Authorized use

Use AgentCloud only with source code, application bundles, credentials, URLs, and test data that you are authorized to process. Do not use the service to compromise systems, evade access controls, distribute malware, interfere with other customers, overload shared infrastructure, or test a third party without permission. AgentCloud may limit or suspend activity that threatens the service, its workers, other customers, or the public.

## Customer content and evidence

Customers retain responsibility for the content they upload and for deciding what their agent types, opens, records, or stores during a run. Simulator evidence may contain secrets, personal data, application content, and complete logs. Configure test accounts and fixtures accordingly, share retained evidence only with authorized workspace members, and delete evidence when it is no longer needed. AgentCloud uses customer content to operate, secure, troubleshoot, and support the requested service.

## Plans, availability, and changes

The Free plan has lifetime allowances; paid plans have the prices and included usage shown on the [pricing page](https://agentcloud.so/pricing). Paid allowances reset with the applicable billing period. AgentCloud is a hosted technical service and can experience maintenance, dependency failures, worker capacity limits, or interruptions. Features, limits, and these terms can change as the service develops; material updates will be reflected in the public documentation.
