Direct contact paths

Contact AgentCloud.

Product, security, privacy, billing, and technical-fit questions each have a clear destination.

AgentCloud handles public correspondence by email and does not advertise a walk-in office or public telephone line. Send only the information needed to investigate your request. Never send passwords, OAuth tokens, short-lived upload URLs, private signing keys, or payment-card details.

Product and account support

help@agentcloud.so

Use this address for MCP connection problems, workspace questions, retained-run issues, build failures, or help identifying the correct plan. Include the affected feature and a non-sensitive error summary. If a run or build identifier is necessary, share the identifier without copying retained logs or typed values into email.

Security reports

help@agentcloud.so

Report suspected vulnerabilities, credential exposure, authorization problems, or unsafe cross-workspace behavior here. Explain the affected surface, reproducible conditions, and potential impact without accessing data that is not yours. Do not include live customer secrets or public disclosure before AgentCloud has had an opportunity to investigate.

Privacy requests

help@agentcloud.so

Use this address for access, correction, export, deletion, or other questions about personal data. Contact AgentCloud from the email address associated with the account when possible. The service may need to verify identity and workspace authority before discussing or changing account data.

Billing and technical fit

Open the Scale fit form

Billing questions can also go to help@agentcloud.so. Teams evaluating parallel PR testing or higher concurrency can describe their project type, expected concurrency, and technical context through the fit form so AgentCloud can reply with a relevant pilot path.
